Wine: Lange Twins Cabernet Sauvignon 2009
The other wedding wine. We've saved two of these per year for the next 10. And it was really good!

Meal: Sarah cooked it tonight. Delicious Roasted pork tenderloin,  roasted root vegetables, cranberry sauce from fresh cranberries and a mixed green salad.

11.19.11 (Month 1)

Wine: 2008 Black Barrel Syrah WA (Wedding Wine)
We will have one of these a year for the next 6 years. Good thing we like it!

Meal: Nicoise Salad with seared ahi and mussels steamed in butter, garlic and white wine.
